The Bobcat Twin is a design collaboration I did with twin fin wizard Bob Hurley. I wanted to build a true performance twin fin that would compliment the fluidity and performance of the Wildcat while still maintaining versatility for other twin fin models.

The template is designed for maximum drive and hold whole still offering release off the top. It’s meant to be ridden as a true twin fin, with no trailer to slow you down.

The Bobcat twin’s fiberglass material combined with added height gives this fin speed control while maintaining drive. Its thinner tip offers release and spring off the top.

Typically you can expect to see flatter deck with semi down rails, Fuller nose that foils into the classic beak nose. Vee bottom that runs all the way off the tail. The Chili Pepper by Timmy Patterson. A high-performance mid length design. This board likes to be surfed in lots of variety of conditions. It can be surfed with just about anyone in mind, beginner to pro. This board can work in anything from 2 ft slow small surf all the way up to head high and couple ft overhead.  

This model being a mid-length carries the volume all the way through the outline. that fuller outline and bigger board allows for an easy longboard feel when you paddle.

The lower nose rocker gives you that initial kick of speed at the start of your wave. Once you hit the bottom of the wave you will feel the medium tail rocker as the board kicks into second gear. You feel the drive off that first bottom turn. Timmy designed the bottom of this board with concave under the nose that goes flat down until underneath your back foot where it fades into vee running off the tail. That Vee off the tail really lets you roll the board onto rail at those higher speeds in critical sections. This board can be ridden as a single fin, tri fin or 2+1 fin set up. 

Designed to be ridden as a round tail.

The classic Twin Fin model. Only thing is we like to take the classic part out and replace it with high-performance. This board has that California Fish outline but Timmy puts a performance single to vee bottom on it. This isn't just another retro fish that wants to stay stale on the wave. We like to make our boards go fast and turn on a dime. You can mix the twin fin templates you use and really dial this board in based off your height and weight. Guys tend to ride these differently. Some guys like them bigger and others will go as small as they can go with the right amount of volume packed in. Timmy also likes to mark the fins further back down on the tail allowing for a steeper turn with more drive. Of course we keep a lower rocker and flat deck with fuller rails and can be customized. Only available in swallow tail and Twin fin set up.

We took the "NEW SUN" and just stepped it down. For riding in even junkier surf now! The magic thing about this model is it still wants to work well when the waves get fun it turns out. Guys order this board for small waves but end up riding it everyday almost still. Timmy put a single to double concave on this one and kept the rocker nice and low so it just skims across the wave at top speeds with complete ease. You can really play with the sizes you ride on this one, as some guys will go as short as they can and just pack in the volume where some other guys will go with more length overall. You ride this one with the round tail.

*Also can be ordered with the single channel right off the end of the tail block for that extra kick in speed.
